ABOUT US

We started this business after owning and running a very successful mechanical workshop for 15 years.

We wanted a change, and having used alot of different meat processors to process our animals, we realised there was a gap in the market for high quality homekill… so “taking the proverbial bull by the horns” we decided to set up our own.

Leith has had over 25 years experience in the Meat industry, both in retail and wholesale and is a very experienced butcher. He has very exacting standards and always goes the extra mile for you…

Richard is the “apprentice” (and Owner). He has been a hunter for over 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge in the preparation of game meat such as Deer/Pig etc.. He is a long time member of the Auckland Deerstalkers and is one of a few Trophy Measurers at the club as well as at National Events. (He also teaches both of these attributes).

Nat does all the admin and is also a learner hunter. She loves the up market packaging and presentation of our products….. NO more trying to figure out what that white bag with meat in is!

We ALL (as hunters in varying degrees) understand the effort put in to obtain the animal, so make it an absolute priority to return your meat packaged and presented so that you are happy & proud with the end product.
