Can’t wait to get some more product made through these guys, the salami I had done was beautiful!! Keen hunters, as well as great guys. They have a huge amount of respect for the raw product and want to hero that in all their work!!

Just picked up some sausages from Richard and Leith. Great guys, Professional packaging, great pricing and they taste amazing. Have used a few different game butchers in the past, but will be sticking with these guys from now on. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
